How to Buy

In order to place an order through our online store, please proceed accordingly:

  1. Choose a category (e.g. women) and a style (e.g dress).
  2. Take a look at the styles that you are particularly interested in.
  3. You can also find further product details such as the material, colour variations, available sizes and the price on the detail page.
  4. Choose your favourite style in the right size and place it in your shopping bag. After that you can add more styles or complete your order.
  5. In order to transfer your order to us please register with us or order as a guest.
  6. Next, please choose where your order should be delivered to and how you would like to pay for it.
  7. Confirm your order and you will receive a confirmation email. High Five!

Which countries does Bench deliver to?

A delivery is possible to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

Which languages can I choose to shop?

You can shop in English.

How do I find the nearest Bench Store?

Simply click on the Store Finder, enter your city or your zip code

and the nearest Bench Store will be displayed.

How can I determine the right size?

Use our Size Guide. You will find all the necessary information to determine your size there.

How do I keep my Bench styles looking its best?

You can find care instructions on the respective product page at or on the sewn care label. Please make sure you always wash bright and dark garments separately.

Are sold out styles re-stocked?

If a style is sold out, simply use our notification feature on the respective product page. Enter your email address at the style you are interested in. We will send you an email when the style is available again.

Is it possible to receive the latest Bench news and information on promotions featured on the online shop?

Yes, simply register for the Bench Newsletter and you’ll regularly receive it.

Is it possible to unsubscribe from the Bench newsletter?

Yes, just change your personal settings under My Bench and choose “No” under newsletter subscription. Should you have any questions just contact our customer service.

I forgot my password, how do I request a new one?

Just click on the following link forgot your password. Insert your email and we will send you a new password.

Is it possible to remove styles from my order?

As long as you have not yet placed your order, you can remove styles from your shopping bag at any time “Delete this style”. Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your order, it is no longer possible to change it.

Can I cancel my order?

As we ship every order as fast as possible, we can not cancel orders that have already been placed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to return your shipment with the enclosed return label, as soon as you receive it.

Can I delete my account?

Our Customer Service team will be happy to help you with this


How can I pay for my order?

We offer you the following payment options:

  • Sofort Banking (Only in Belgium)

Can I receive the bill in the name of my company?

Yes, while ordering you can choose between billing and shipping address. To get the bill in the name of your company, just input the name and the address of your company as billing address.

Is it safe to shop at the Bench Online Store?

It is safe to shop at the Bench Online Store! We use secure SSL procedure. This means that your personal data will be encoded and therefore can not be viewed by others. We comply with all rules of data protection and all other legal requirements and will not hand over your personal information to others without your approval.

Shipping and Delivery

Where can I get my order delivered to?

You can get your order delivered to your home or office address* and in Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland and the Netherlands to a UPS Drop point.
*Please note – we do not ship to addresses in San Marino, Ceuta, Canary Islands and Channel Islands.

Can I get my order delivered to another address?

Sure! You can get your order delivered to another address at any time as long as the address is in the same country. You can simply enter a different delivery address or use a pre-existing from your address book during the order process. However, please note that we cannot change the delivery address of a confirmed order.

So that you receive your order as soon as possible we assigned our experienced shipping partner UPS to deliver your parcel.

Are there any shipping fees?

Free shipping starting at an order value of 50€. Shipping fee for orders below 50€ are 4.95€


Can I return online ordered styles in a Bench retail store?

Online ordered styles can only be returned to the online store. A return to a Bench Store is currently not possible.

How can I return a style to Bench?

If you want to return your order, or a part of it, you can send styles back within 14 days of receiving them. Please make sure that correct labels are attached to the styles so we can identify them quickly and ensure there are no delays to your refund.

  1. Package up the return items using the prepaid returns label included in your delivery.
  2. Log on to and selected your region.
  3. On the hompage click the Shipping tab > Schedule a Collection.
  4. Enter the pre-printed UPS Shipping Label number which usually begins ‘1Z…’ do not include any spaces.
  5. Next fill in the other required information below. If you have filled in the label number correctly, you will not be required to enter the UPS Account Number.
  6. You can choose to take the parcel to a UPS collection point or have a UPS delivery person collect the parcel from your chosen address.
  7. You can track the return using the label number, once the parcel arrives at our warehouse and is processed you will receive an email and the refund will follow.
  8. Please be aware that we do not process exchanges and kindly ask that you place a new order.

Do I have to pay anything for the return?

If you don´t like a style or you aren´t satisfied with your delivery, don’t worry as we cover the costs of returning it for you!

When will I get my money back?

Once your return has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email as well as receive a credit to the means of payment you used for your order.

Are there any styles that are excluded from the return?

No. But we would like to ask you to leave the packaging of perfumes unopened, if you want to return these.

Can I exchange my styles?

No, we generally don´t offer an exchange. If you’d like a style in a different size or colour, just send it back to us for free and order again.


How do I use my voucher?

You can easily redeem a voucher code in the shopping bag. Just enter the code in the box provided. Our voucher codes can´t be combined with other promotions. If you forget to enter the coupon code, a credit in the wake is no longer possible.
