What does your daily workout routine look like?
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I start with a 10 minutes warm up on the cross trainer, followed by 3 exercises for my back or chest and 3 workouts for leg and glutes. And last but not least abs. Afterwards I do a cool down on the cross trainer again.
What keeps you motivated to do sports after a long day at work?
Well I work at a women fitness club and so I'm already very active at work. I love to motivate the women to achieve their goals and as a result I'm also really good at motivating myself. Because I know how good the feeling is after a workout session.
Do you have any motivational quotes that kick ass if you´re ever feeling too lazy to work out?
Only the one who knows it's goal will find the path.
Describe your personal style…
My personal style is a mix of casual and sporty. I love wearing comfy yet stylish clothes.
What´s the most important item of clothing in your wardrobe?
A comfy sweater! It's definitely my favorite item. It looks cool, casual and also sporty!
Did your parents ever give you any styling tips?
My mum is my styling queen!

My ‘hood is next to Cologne near the river Rhein.
What do you love most about your neighbourhood?
Although it's close to the city Cologne it's so quiet and a great place to calm down and relax.
What’s your favourite local place, and why?
I love running along the river Rhein. In the morning the air is great and it's where I can absolutely relax.
